Buff silkie question

Would a buff silkie with black in its tail be considered pet quality? They are perfect otherwise. Nice feathered feet, nice topnot, big beard, and great toe spacing. The black in their tail is the only problem.

It would be considered a fault. Not necessarily Pet quality. You might could breed to Splash or lighter buff pullet to help clean up the tail feathers.
