buffalo gizzards

I am a gizzard freak. Being the only one in the family that likes them. I don't get them very often. I have just found out that no one will be home Monday evening so i will have to fend for myself. Anyone have a buffalo gizzard recipe?

No, but they are chicken, so any Buffalo chicken recipe should work.
