Bugs in food

There are some little black bugs in our mash.

They are almost 1/2 inch long, look almost like earwigs, but cannot tell unless they get bigger or my eyes get better.

Is it OK to continue feeding?

Sounds like maybe darkling beetle larva (aka lesser mealworm). Do the larva look like these? http://www.poultryhub.org/bird-health-and-disease/darkling-beetles/
