Building my first coop...

I am new to the forum and am building my first coop. Thanks so much for the great ideas that I have read and learned from. I am building an all in one coop that is 93" long x 65" high x 40" deep. The enclosed coop portion is 35" x 40" and the run is the entire length of the bottom portion. I plan on getting 4 egg layers and wonder if the size will suffice? Please provide any feed back that you have.

It will be a little tight, but if they were raised together, they should all get along ok. It looks like a great start!
