Well, I won't need them for a month or two but I thought I'd get to it so I won't have to worry about them later.
I used the plastic bins that kitty litter comes in from Costco. I put bolts through them, top and bottom and then through the wall to the other side.
Then I cut 2/3 of the lid off so they can get in there and get comfy
Then I added a shelf above to store things. There is a lid with hinges so I can get into the storage and also to keep the chickens off of the shelf, plus to keep the dust down in there.
Later, I added a 2x4 in front as a landing spot before they go in. I used scrap plywood to keep it in place and sturdy
