Bullied chicks...Any advice

My sisters chick and my chick are both being beaten up by my older pullet. I try putting them in the coop together but the big chicken comes and pecks them so they scream. Once they start screaming I have to take the out and put them in a seperate cage. The chicks are old enough to go outside but I'm not sure if I should put them in with the mean chicken anyway.

i think you should keep the little ones away in another cage with food/water until they are mature, (4-5 moths) old.
