Recently I merged batches and weaned them together well over the course of like 6 weeks. When it happened one of my ladies went broody. I probably let it linger too long because she got meaner and started bullying one of our other hens. The injured hen was pecked pretty badly. Her comb got bloody and her eyes are puffy and bubbly. I saw on another post to get terramycin for her eyes and have treated her twice so far. We have isolated the bully broody hen since the incident. I was going to let her out today but this morning the injured hen hung back in the coop. I brought her inside and she has been resting the whole time. I'm hoping she just needs the rest to heal but want to see if there is anything else I can do. She hasn't eaten or drank that I have seen today but has since the injury.

Anyone have any tips or feedback?

Keep the bully isolated a little longer.

Try to get the injured hen to eat some yolk and undiluted nutri drench for a boost in nutrition.
