I had some EE's born March 20 in one coop (after getting rid of 6 roo's I have 7 left) and 7 separate pullets about 10 days younger in another coop. There are 2 pullets in the first group that love to pick on the ones from the second coop when they're all out in the yard together. They will chase them away from the food piles a lot or just chase them in general. The younger ones don't do anything but try to stay out of their way. Am I better off trying to get rid of the 2 bully pullets or leave it for a week or 2 to see if it gets better? (They sleep in their separate coops. )

That's normal behavior as they weren't raised together. As long as it isn't too bad i would just leave them be, especially since they are in different coops.
