I second the higher protein feed. I have had fewer problems since I switched to flock raiser. You can also just get a higher protein layer feed and try extra food stations sincw bullying can be a resource thing

I know this is an old thread - but did you ever find a solution? Having a similar problems with my flock.

Kalmbach Flock Maker is @ 20% protein.
