We have an established flock that I've introduced new chicks to and that went well but we have more chicks that have hatched and im trying to slowly introduce to the flock. The second round of intros has not gone well due to the 12 chicks that are new to the flock. They are really bullying the newest members. I had them sectioned off for weeks so they could be seen and not touched but that didn't seem to matter once i let them out.
Hopefully im in the right place and someone has an idea of what to do next. I don't really like just letting them fend for themselves if i can help it.

Their run is 16x24 and the coop is 16x10
The older set are little over 11 weeks but they huge and the newest are a few weeks behind them. We had a hen go broody and i let her hatch everyone's eggs so it's a mix of all the breeds

Yes. They trickled out one by one over a few weeks. I separated the first 12 once more littles kept coming as they were to rough on the new chicks. Now we have 2 separate flocks of babies
