Bumble foot, Help!

My female khaki Campbell has bumble foot. I don't have a pic yet but I did let her swim in some warm water with Epson Salt just wondering if there's anything else I can do besides surgery. I plan on letting her swim in warm water and Epson salt once a day at least. Please help!
