bumble foot??

Hello everyone!! my duck is having an issue with his foot and I am not sure what it is? He refuses to put any pressure on his right foot and is limping.. I have tried looking at his foot up close but don't see anything out of the ordinary. I did notice a hard like bump almost like a callus what should I do to help him?
