I don't think betadine aids in healing. I agree with remisophy. Pack with antibiotic ointment. I would try an antibiotic too.

We soaked in betadine then alternated with Epson salt did surgery ourselves packed with antibiotic ointment a year later she is doing great. Make sure after you get the bubble out continue to keep the wound clean packed with antibiotic ointment wrapped.

Need to soak it for at least 15 minutes 2 times a day, alternate Epsom then the next soak betadine. I wouldn't squeeze daily try to wait a day keep soaking. Then lance it get what you can out and soak more warm water
