Bumble foot

i am trying to treat bumble foot without having to cut it open, I can but my heat will break. Currently soaking in an epsom salt soloution and applying neosporin daily, definatly enjoying the bonding time with my new ameraucana while she naps in the wate and I scratch her comb and cheeks :') so soft!!! Any who I digress, any suggestions on treatments WITHOUT use of anibiotics, and possibly without cutting it open, it seems to be a very mild infection, (top of foot is swollen, bottom just slightly puffy, with tell tell scab) read about using poultice? Dose it work?

Bumblefoot is an abscess, which is a bacterial infection, so you need something that will kill bacteria. TricideNeo is an antibiotic that works for bumblefoot. You dissolve it in water and soak the foot for a few minutes a day, usually for about a week. No surgery. Tricide Neo is supposed to work very well. 7 minutes; twice a day until it clears up. If it is a big infection you may end up doing it for a month, but if it is smaller it may only take a week. I think you can only order it, so if you google Tricide Neo you should find things that will ship it to you for free, but it costs between $20 and $30.

So to update the infection was too far gone so we had to...operate so to speak. What came out was HUGE and disgusting!! Poor girl it must have been super painful!! The main infection was the size of a large marble not to mention the rest that came out! First off I cannot believe that someone sold her to me without even mentioning the problom , second stupid me I didnt check her good enough before I bought her. Poor baby!!! Ugh!
