After my Khaki Campbell drake suddenly came up lame, I decided it was time to work on his abscess.
We performed surgery on the kitchen floor and I removed these from the top of his foot, right where the web meets the joint of his toe.
I'm assuming this is bumblefoot? His other foot is bad as well. I figure as soon as this one heals, I'll do the other one.
Poor guy. He's confined in a cage in the coop and is looking dejected.
