Bumblefoot, bumble "toe," or just plain jane calluses?

Here's a tricky one for y'all: my Brahma (Rosa) has some odd looking bumps under her feet, at the side of her toes. There is the same spot on each foot at the same place. Is this the beginning of bumblefoot? I investigated them a little, and for better or worse, managed to pull off half of the "scab" on one toe. It didn't bleed, it just left a divot. Is there anything I should do to protect her little piggies, and keep the rest of her healthy and happy?

Being on same location on both feet would suggest injury from the roost? I would check to make sure no rough spots on it. There is a long thread still in progress that should be of help in treatment:
