Bumblefoot in a guinea?

Is this bumblefoot?

(This is from a guinea hen. She recovered from a semi-serious injury more than a month ago. But she's never really gotten around super well ever since, and she has a slightly noticeable limp. But she seems to be doing much worse than normal, hardly walking on her left foot, and she kind of hop-flies to get around. I carried her back to the coop last night).

Looks like a mild case. Try soaking the foot in an Epsom salts bath.
