Bumblefoot in Pekin duck

I have a Pekin duck with bumblefoot. I have 2 questions - what should I use to clean out the wound after I remove the cyst/"plug" stuff? Hydrogen peroxide? Neosporin? Also, should I give him some sort of antibiotic? Could I give give him something like Duramycin?

I would not use peroxide. I would try to use like of saline solution, betadine and then yes use the neosporin (without the pain stuff in it) to pack it and cover with gauze. I soaked my hens in epsom salt first and then used the saline to clean it afterwards and in between.
