Bumblefoot in quail?

Hi, I have noticed one of my quail looks like it has bumblefoot, I have been putting antibiotic ointment on it every day, but it seems like it is getting worse, any advise on how to treat her or if it actually is bumblefoot? Thanks

Need to see a pic from the bottom. Is there any black discoloration?

Bumblefoot cant be treated with antibiotics, the core of the infection has to be surgically removed. Most tool places sell surgical knives.

Its possible thats is bumble but that looks more like an infected splinter or something. Can you lance the wound with a large needle?
