The syrgery went well, I thought. I have been cleaning, neosporin, and wrapping daily. It has been a little warm and red the last 3 days. The surgery site is closed, but maybe dirt got in it?

Should I get an antibiotic, say penicillan, or soak it in E salts, or use Tricide neo? (Dont have a pic right now because I am at work.)
Thanks for any help!

Hard to say. It's either a post surgical infection (some bacteria got in there), or you did not get the whole bumble out. I would assume post surgical infection for now, and see if TricideNeo works. If no improvement after a week, another round of surgery is probably needed, but personally the second time around, I would take her to a vet who sees chickens if you can find one. The surgery is painful for the bird, vets are trained to do surgery, and have a better chance of getting it right.
