I have a couple of chickens with Bumblefoot. They free range, so I'm sure that's part of the problem. My question is after I remove the scab, soak it and clean it out and bandage it, do I continue to remove the newly formed scab each time I soak it? I feel like continuing to remove the new scab I'm just prolonging the healing.

As long as there isn't any pus left, no need to remove any scab. In my experience with bumblefoot there wasn't a scab left just skin that needed to heal. When it scabbed back over there was a little pus left. If you're sure there is no pus, I'd say soak and wrap until healed. I usually soak and leave the bandage on with ointment for 3 days to give it time to heal. Then remove after the 3rd day to see what you're dealing with.
