Sigh. Is this bumblefoot? It's such a perfect circle. I'm hoping it's not...

Thats a death sentance. Give her sulfa trimethprim 240 mg am pm ASAP. In this cali hatchery pekin, it ran right up her leg to her heart but she didnt die 4 awhile. The others will cath it as nidules on the toe and it coukd give your hens entrobacter which is more enroflaxin. Awful.yours may have more immunity. Dont use bleach or dakins solution. Just betadine biodine filuted with water, to a tea, small amount chlorhexadine, DSMO small amount. Soak that in epsom salts 2 time per day for 5 to 20 min. Peel it off, spray, and put neosporine in it and bandage.

That is a very progressed bumble and you need to treat it ASAP. Start by reading as many threads on Backyard chickens about bumble as possible. You will need to soak in lukewarm epsom salt water and pull that scab off. Pack the hole with triple antibiotic ointment, not the pain-free type though. Then cover with a gauze pad and wrap the foot with 1 inch vet wrap to hold it in place. I can attach photos of how to do that. Keep the duck in a clean and dry place (no swimming) for a couple days until it scabs over, then let her swim in fresh clean water, reapply ointment or vetricyn spray and re-bandage. Keep bandaged and dry until it completely heals. Sometimes you need to pull the scab again to make sure you have all the infection out, but if it's coming back light brown that's a good sign.
