Bump on beak

I searched around and I am sure this was answered 100 times but couldn’t find something identical to the picture.

My best guess is an abscess that I should put warm compresses on. Thoughts?

I haven’t touched it but it looks crusty.

Missed some information.

Hen is acting normal. Very active no signs of distress. Poop looks fine. Hen is around three months old. No signs of bleeding. Coop is 10x12 and she is housed with 8 other friends. Pine shavings for bedding.

Hard to see it. Maybe a bump from injury/sticking the beak through wire or possibly a Papilloma. See if this helps.
