Bump on eyelid?

Saw this today, a small white bump near her eye. Any thoughts?

My rooster had a hard bump similar on his eyelid that was just a cyst. Is it soft or hard?

I will have to check, haven't felt it yet. She is new to us so a little hard to catch at times...might check tonight
