It’s a mess at the moment as I’m going to pull everything out. I plan to keep the small hutch there for storage (and emergency/hospital use), and put the nest boxes on top of the hutch, so that the rabbits don’t go in them and toilet etc. is this a good idea? I’ve heard perches should be higher than their nest boxes. This plan already has the nests quite high so I don’t know how I can put their perches higher? if I put perches on the other side of the shed, opposite corner - corner to the left as you come in, not captured in the picture, will it work?

or

i could utilise the top floor on the hutch into nest boxes, rather than storage, however how could I stop the bunnies jumping in them?

thank you.

So your housing chickens and rabbits together? Awesome! You definitely want the nesting boxes lower than the roost.
Thanks for the reply! Yes, they are still chicks at the moment and are growing up with the bunnies. I even see them sat together. Should roosts be close to the nesting boxes? Is there a height that is too high? Thanks!
