butcher recommendation in greater seattle area?

Hi there,

I purchased 5 dual purpose chicks for egg production, and have discovered one is most likely male. I'd like to be able to process him myself, but self-awareness is telling me that's not so likely.

I have the name of one person I can hire to butcher, but she's over an hour a way from me (spanaway) - any seattle folks on this list that have recommendations for folks closer to redmond?
