Anyone in MN? My local shop no longer takes ducks. Does anyone know of a place? I am about 60 miles west of the cities.

Are you looking for someone to process some ducks for you? You might try posting an ad on craigslist in the farm/garden section.

Or asking a farmer from your farmer's market. I know the meat farmers in our area have a list of processors for all sorts of animals but they definitely have their own favorite providers.
