my daughter scared me half to death today because she found this

Coming out from its cocoon in her tree she was so excited she came running in the house screaming momma momma momma come here quick i thought someone was hurt and she shows me it took everything in me not to get mad cause she scared me so bad but the look of wonder on her face made it all go away i love how curious my kids are I just wish they would not try to give me a heart attack in the process

Thats what i thought its wing is ripped so she is taking care of it

That is what my kids call them they are 6,8&10 so they tought each other how to talk when they were learning

I guessed they were little - it's so cute! When my Niece was little & learning bird songs would say; "listen, hear the pecker?" instead of woodpecker - no matter how hard we tried, she'd never add wood to the name.
