Butterball turkey site

Ok checked their site out to get cooking time on 23 pound turkey and they had a calculator for number of people you would serve and how much turkey and stuffing you would need. For 23 adults 10 kids and we want leftovers it was a 61lb turkey!!!

and 128oz of stuffing!!!

From that site, it seems I am right on the money for having leftovers and feeding everyone....
