Button Mating Question New Male

I have a female button who has started laying eggs. I just added a new male to be with her. Should I pull the old eggs out that are not fertile? How long until the new eggs she lays will become fertile?

Very simpliefied question but the long term goal is to get and hatch our own eggs for more button quail. She is white, he is blue breasted. Colors eventual babies might be?

Both the male and her hatched naturally with that make them more apt to go broody?
