Button quail chick water feeder

I want to use a rabbit water bottle for their water source but I am scare that they won't know how to use it when they are born..

has anyone been able to use one for their baby button quail? or other related quail baby?

I should be able to lower it down to the lowest bar wire to allow them to reach the water bottle..

I also have a back up bird tube water feeder that I got from walmart, it will go inside the cage.. But it don't look too stable, afraid the water will spill because it doesn't even hold well..
