What is an accurate and easy way to sex recently-hatched button quail?

Not that I know of until the feathers start coming in.
Until the vent matures or they molt into their colored feathers you can't.
Usually by 3 weeks you can start to see red/rust vent feathers starting to emerge. Almost impossible to tell before then.
