Thought I send you some pictures of your great grand chicks. The lady I got them from bought eggs from you.

These pics are taken 2 weeks ago at 12-14weeks old. They are bigger now. These pullets already weighs 5-7lbs and 9" tall(to their backs). The lady said her adult hens are around 15lbs! Can't wait to see how much bigger they grow then they are fully grown. Can't wait until next year when they are big/old enough to hatch eggs. You know I will be getting some eggs from you.

Love the lacing on the blue!

I think they look like balls of feathers.

This splash pullet is such a camera hog. 75% of my photos of my pullet have her in it because she keeps photo bombing my pictures.

Your birds are just beautiful..... I'm so glad to see that lineage continued in different parts of the US! And yes, many of our girls and boys get very large. I haven't weighed any lately but I do wear a back brace when moving them around!!! Thanks for sharing those pics!!!

LOL! She thinks all your pictures should be of her!

Hello,
Can you tell me a little bit more about these hens... Specifically, could you tell me how well they lay (the age of your hens, and how many eggs you currently average every day.) In your experience, how many years do they continue to lay well, and do they lay well throughout the winter?
Thanks!

Did you receive my pm on this? Thanks and please let me know if you have any more question!

I bought 10 + eggs half bbs orps and half lavender orps. hatch results are 4 lavender, 1 black 1 blue and 2 splash, 1 infertial, 1 black piped a day early and died in the shell and the 2 extra devoleped but never piped. paid for 10 eggs and got 8 chicks, I very happy. Thank You!
