Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to do next....
Our neighbor owns 3 different lots, and one of them joins ours. We would like to buy that joining lot. We have agreed on a purchase price, and I plan to pay him cash (no loan). Whats the next step? Do I HAVE to get a lawyer?
It is a simple half acre lot, in the country (I should mention we are in Indiana). Thanks!
