Hello everyone,

I am looking to buy quail chicks or adults. I hardly can find sellers in my area, El Cajon CA. Is there a store or online website that sell few quail, not hundred min? Thanks

Not to discourage you, but right now it will be hard to find adults as many growers are focusing on breeding for egg production and chicks as that is where the money is at the moment. Most birds (Bob-Whites) sell for about $10-15 a pair, and the growers can make more than that on few dozen eggs or a 15 chicks.
Besides that they have kept them alive and warm and fed them all winter (which can be expensive so to speak) and want to make a little money back on them.

As for chicks, all you need to do is search the internet, but the low numbers....you will probably just have to call them for a small order and see if they will deliver. As a thought, you might want to see if a friend is willing to go in on a larger order and split the order when they arrive.
