Hi everyone!!! Brand new to BYC. Site looks great, members even better!

I have no chicks, yet, but before I start, I would like to know if it is legal in my town to have a coop. I reside in the town of East Fishkill, Dutchess County, NY. I have 1 acre of property. Are there any members who reside within the same town and are knowledgeable with the ordinances? Thanks.
