Hi! My name is Kimberleigh and I live in Bremen, AL. I grew up in a suburb right above Birmingham, so country living is still fairly new to me. I'm literally amazed by everything! My husband grew up in Hayden, AL, on a goat farm, so he's not "amazed" by anything, but loves using our land to it's full potential. We've had goats in the past, but haven't gotten around to fencing in our whole property. We love them though and want to have them again one day! We recently got some chickens, and I love them! Currently we have five Leghorns and 7 Cobbs that were given to us. I've yet to get 12 eggs from all 12 birds in one day, but I'm still learning. I have this wild, crazy dream one day of having 40 to 50 chickens one day and selling the eggs under the name Kimmie's Kluckers, but that's way into the future!
So far this website has been a wealth of information to me and I hope to get to know more people in my area that sell good layers!
