BYC ville lol (dream)

So it has been mentioned here and there that people are not happy with their current regualations, "I would rather live in a tent that somebody tell me I can't have chickens", ect. What if byc had it's own town. Wouldn't it be great to have an actual community that revoloved around the keeping of poultry and working to help each other with our poultry keeping issues, concerns, and education?

We're in MO and have 35 acres, but there are hundreds all around us for sale.
