Cackle hatchery shipping days???

I placed an order with Cackle and asked for delivery the first week of March. I got an email today and the ship date was todays date 2/24. So I am trying to get this ready a little faster but was wondering. Is day one the same day that they ship? So if it takes 2 days to get here would today count as day one?? I am in Texas. Just trying to figure out if they will arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Can any one offer any info here that can help me?

I am in Alaska and get chicks from Cackle. I receive them the morning of the 3rd day (ship date counted as day 1). My next order will ship on Monday May 5th and be here bright and early Wednesday May 7th. It depends on what time yours get shipped. They have to have all orders to the PO by 6 pm, if yours get there later in the afternoon you'll be getting your chicks Wednesday morning.

Ok. So on my invoice beside the ship date it said 5am so I guess that means they will get here today. I'm excited but a little worried. I wasn't really wanting them to ship until next week because I'm going out if town this weekend but my 18 year old son will be here so it's all good! Thanks for you help!

Did they come? Every invoice I have ever had from Cackle has said 5 am on it. And I always get a tracking number via email. If you didn't get them today and don't get a call from the po in the morning call Cackle. They have great customer service (when you can get through!).
