Calcium in flock with cockerels and pullets

Hello, how does everyone deal with giving pullets calcium (using powdered egg shells) when there are also cockerels present in flock? Thanks!

I feed all-flock feed and give oyster shell in a small dish on the side. The hens will eat it when they need it and the cockerel won't touch it.
