Calibrating Thermometer

Hello, Anyone know the best way to calibrate or test accuracy on this type of digital thermometer?(attached photo) I can’t get it wet so I can’t place it in ice water...Thanks for the help!

I compared mine to a mercury thermometer. Three days after I set my egs, haha. It was accurate. I have the same brand but a different model, mind also does humidity(also accurately, as far as I could tell)

Oh so your saying use a mercury one that’s calibrated and compare....good idea!!!! Thanks!
