California leghorns

Who sells leghorns in California? Is there a better leghorn for high heat and mild winters?

There are hatcheries in California.
A better leghorn than a leghorn? I don't know what that means.
IMO, all Mediterranean breeds prosper in those conditions.
Penedesencas are quite prolific and are champs in high heat conditions and can also handle quite cold conditions.
Minorca and Ancona are good breeds too.
