California White

(or any hybrid same breed)?
Hybrids are not breeds. California White is just a marketing name for that cross.

California White Chicken is a cross between a White Leghorn hen and a California Grey male. California Grey are cross-bred birds created by crossing a White Leghorn with a Barred Plymouth Rock. I believe the leghorn is the male. So they are not just a hybrid, but are much more mixed up since a grandparent was a hybrid.

Are you asking about feather colors and patterns? With your chickens I'd expect a majority of white chicks, though some could have black leakage (random black feathers). A solid black or black barred chick is possible but you should not get many of these. If you are asking about other traits like size, rate of lay, comb type, leg color, etc it depends on what traits the original breeds had.

If you start with two specific breeds with different colors/patterns of feathers, know which is the rooster and which is the hen, and they are pure for the traits you are interested in your can predict with great accuracy what the chicks look like. If you cross a Rhode Island Red rooster over a Barred Rock hen you will get black barred boys and solid black hens. But if you then cross the hybrid offspring, the calculator shows you can get any of 14 different colors/patterns for pullets and potentially 10 different colors/patterns for the cockerels. Some are more likely than others.
