California White

We have two new chicks, one EE and one California White. I ended up with an EeRoo with our first chicks so I feel a I can tell this one is a pullet at this point. I have no experience with the Cal Whites. From day one he/ she has had a bit of a comb. Is this normal or is she a he? I can't find many pictures of this "breed"online. Anyone raise these and maybe have pictures I can compare to my little one? Current age is 4 weeks.

almost positive this is in the leghorn family. Leghorn hens have failry large combs, so this could be possible.
