Californian quail

Hi live in the uk, i have just bought some Californian quail. i have 2 male and 3 hens. When should i expect them to start laying?

They are from last years hatch.

Your eggs should be fertile and your birds should be expected to start laying when the weather warms up. Mines are expected to start laying within the next month or two.

Thank you very much. I plan to incubate my eggs. I have incubated chickens,ducks and Italian quail from eggs I have bought. This will be the first time from my own eggs. So it's a bit new for me. And hatching Californian quail..
