Sounds like a hen but with my drake, he was still peeping like a baby when my hens were quacking. Then he finally got his big boy voice so when your call makes his noise it might be him still baby peeping? he does sound like a female though.. gah I don't know

AFLAK has 3 that are quite noticeable. Right at the base of his tail where his wing tips meet.
