Call duck egg bound??

I have 14 call ducks, male and female. Yesterday, I noticed the smallest of my females was a little fluffed up and acting abnormally. I noticed that something appeared strange with her vent. It was kind of swollen and there were no feathers around it. She hasn't laid an egg since and her abdomen is getting larger. She is now pointing her tail downward. She is eating and drinking as usual, but she is not cleaning her own eyes or nose, and feathers around her eyes have disappeared as well. Does anyone know what this could be and how I can help her?
