Call duck eggs - Day 27

I woke up this morning to 3 new babies & 2 more breaking through. My question is about the other 15+ eggs in the incubator that are turning a blue/grey color. Almost like the shells are wet. But the ones hatching now also have that coloring, now that I look at it. I hope that makes sense. Last candle was 4 days ago & everyone was moving & looked fine. Are they all now dead or is this normal??

Only 5 of the 21 hatched. The ones that started changing colors had no movement on day 28.
