call duck housing

I am thinking about getting a few call ducks later this year (I want to be completely prepared for them). what type of housing and enclosure do they need? does their run have to be completely enclosed with a top? would they fly out of my existing enclosure that has no top?what is the best type of housing for them?

All year...It has run panels over head and the tarp all year..The plastic vapour barriers are removed on three sides all spring and into Fall..

OK so I need a fully enclosed place for them. My current run will not work as it does not have a top on it.

You can cover it with wire...? Then the tarp to keep out weather and critters.Then they can't fly out..

That would be a lot of wire and tarps as my run is 20 feet x 25 feet and only 5 foot tall right now. I may just wait and build a different run for them that is taller and covered. Thank you!!!!!!
