Call Duck- What color is he? *Fixed the PIC*

I have been e-mailing someone with some call ducklings for sale, this is one of the drakelets she has available. The color looks Silver but he has some 'flecks' of darker color in him too, what would his coloring be called?

I see it...its definetly blue....is there blue bibbed calls?

She has a dark blue Pied-looking drake that I am also interested in. she has other blues too but this one is REALLY light compared to them...i just don't know Call Colors so i wasn't sure.
